SCHEDULE A CALL
Let’s take a few minutes to answer any questions or concerns you may have about your teen’s sweet sixteen portraits. Whether it’s your first experience or not, let’s see if we’re a good fit.

PLANNING YOUR SESSION
After you’ve booked, we will plan all the details of your session. This includes a questionnaire for styling your session, any personal items you want to include, and if indoors, preferred backdrops that match your vision.

PHOTOSHOOT DAY
On the day of your session, we will meet at the studio or on location. You can bring any and all personal items to incorporate into your child’s photos, like jewelry, cultural items, props that speak to their personalities and interest, flowers and any heirlooms you’d like to incorporate.
4.
PORTRAIT REVEAL
Following your session, we will schedule a time for reviewing and choosing your favorite images. During this appointment, you can also order any beautiful prints and custom artwork or albums depending on how you’d like your final images to be displayed.
5.
YOUR FINISHED ART
Once your portraits have been edited, your artwork is ordered for you from Italy. Everything is inspected to ensure perfection, before delivery. I am here to provide you with a fully finished, product and service, so all you need to do is sit back and enjoy them, forever.

Sweet sixteen sessions include solo portraits of your teen in a variety of poses meant to emphasize her individual beauty and personality. You can also add your family on for a beautiful, updated family image of this milestone.
In-studio sessions include a choice of timeless backdrops that we review and select before your child’s session to ensure perfect portrait that match back to your vision, gowns, and daughter’s personality.
You can book your teen’s sweet 16 portraits at any time. If you are having a party and need the photos beforehand, you should reach out when you know the event date so we have ample time to plan for the appropriate timeline. For families who do not need photos for a specific timeframe, the portraits can be taken at any time as long as you have your daughter’s gown.
I do not photograph any events or portraits the day of the actual sweet sixteen. My portraits are designed to be taken in-studio in a fine art style, where I will guide your teen into effortless posing reflective of her individual personality and style. The calm of the studio setting will allow her to feel at ease, and shine through her portraits, without additional pressures of the actual celebration day.
I always encourage parents and siblings to strongly consider joining your teen for at least a few updated family portraits to celebrate this important milestone of your child’s sweet sixteen. During our consultation we can discuss different ways to incorporate family members for some special portraits.
