This gorgeous local family found me online, wanting to book their annual family photos to display on their walls and use for holiday cards. They get photos done every year, but this was their first time with me. Mom meticulously planned their outfits and the muted blues and greens went perfectly with the scenery we used that afternoon. They were an absolute pleasure to work with, and these photos radiate so much joy! I love when you can see each child’s personality in their images too – and with a wide range of ages for these four kids, you can see them all! As a note, anytime there is a grandparent involved, I find it extra special to get a photo with their grown child. It is something we often overlook as our parents age – and I absolutely love the images with grandma and her “baby.”
As they were replacing existing photos, there were specific shots we were looking for to update, but we also had a little bit of impromptu fun in between. I love mom and dad’s images together as well. As a board member of the National Alopecia Areata Foundation, Mom brought along her organization’s t-shirts, to take a few images and show the impact and importance of this foundation to her and her family!
