Sometimes, a mom walks into your studio and you immediately know it’s going to be a good day. This dreamy mama was so effortless and elegant in her portraits. When we had gone through mom’s outfit selections, we actually had a few options in pink, which happened to be her favorite color. However, at her gallery reveal, her final choices surprised even her! To her amazement, her favorite looks were in the sage and neutral colors.
I don’t blame her, there was such a softness about mom during her session. It matched the ethereal nature of the white, and sage green tones. We did tie in some pink in a bunch of tulips mom is holding in one of the images, and one photo of mom and dad together (but I promise you, all of the other ones were just as dreamy and perfect!).
These two are expecting a precious little girl and will undoubtedly be amazing parents.
It is incredibly humbling to be a part of a couple’s most sacred journey into parent-hood, to share in their stories and this limitless love and anticipation of the arrival of their baby. I am always so honored that families choose me for this incredible milestone.
