I am here to tell you that regardless of baby’s gender, you can wear WHATEVER you want for your maternity session. Your color choices don’t have to be gender specific, and we can have more fun this way during our session too!
This sweet family is expecting a baby boy, and while we did use some blue/green tones, we didn’t shy away from sparkles, florals, and pink! While your maternity session is meant to capture your pregnancy, it should also reflect your personality and not just be about the baby! It is about capturing what your magnificent body is capable of and your energy during this important life changing moment! It is also when I think women just look simply glowing and beautiful outwardly, even if we don’t always feel the same in our own bodies.
I absolutely love how every color choice looked amazing on this mom, and the drama in that bejeweled angel wings outfit as well! The camel and teal combo is also to die for. Mom and dad’s sweet smiles in these photos says it all about their soon-to-arrive baby!
We also created a beautiful metal print wall art piece of this last photo for them to hang in their bedroom and it will look amazing!
