Let me just start by saying, I LOVE WHEN DADS TAKE THE INITIATIVE TO SURPRISE MOMS WITH A PORTRAIT SESSION! This is always amazing, and honestly the best gift a mom could ask for. I know I am always asking for my husband to get a photo of me with my babies, and then it always looks terrible because he just doesn’t get it. HOWEVER, this dad scoped out mom’s favorite photographers and booked a session as a Mother’s Day gift. I highly encourage you dads out there do the same!
Their little lady was a bit skeptical during our time together, but I just love her little face! Those big, soulful eyes were just amazing, and this whole family is just beautiful together.
After a little bit of a location snafu – our original location was turned into a dumping ground for some cut down or fallen trees by the local DPW, I revisited another of my favorite spots and found this glorious, billowy field that perfectly matched the mood of the session. It was downright magical, and these photos will be forever memories for this little family, gracing their walls for years to come!
