Limited Edition Christmas Sessions 2025
As a NJ family photographer, I offer Christmas and Holiday mini session starting in the fall season! This year’s 2025 Holiday Mini Sessions have so many beautiful sets to choose from for Studio sessions, and we’re bringing back the Tree Farm Vintage Truck sessions as well. Sessions take place in October and early November to ensure that you have the opportunity to choose your photos and receive them in time to create your beautiful Christmas cards.
This post is dedicated to outlining the different themed sets for the 2025 holiday and Christmas season, as well as who each set is most appropriate for. Wardrobe suggestions are also included as this can be tricky for some to coordinate. I do also have a TON of wardrobe options from my client closet, mainly for girls, but with some smaller sizes in boy holiday outfits that you can use for your sessions. Otherwise, I can also provide help with outfit coordinating after you book your session!

Hot Cocoa Shop!
For all the hot coco, gingerbread and cookie lovers, this classic storefront holiday mini session scene is so very charming! Great for sharing cozy cups, and revelling in some classic tan and red outfits!
FOR: KIDS.

Wardrobe Suggestions:
This is the perfect set for some cozy sweater knits in layered creams, beiges, and reds. Both Neutrals, and glittery goldens work. Striped red and cream or classic red are recommended for boys, with denim or classic neutral bottoms. Gingerbread dresses and some red options in a few styles and sizes are available from me!
All Girls Day Ballerina and Holiday Floral Arch Set!
This year we have a special day just for the girly girls, and sisters!! Two sets that you can choose from prior to arriving for your session. A gorgeous classic Christmas floral arch, and a beautifully pink Nutcracker ballet themed set! You will be able to let me know which backdrop you’d like prior to your session date.
FOR: All of your fancy ladies and girl siblings. *** CHILDREN MUST BE SITTING UP ON THEIR OWN***
**** For those who want to book this and have a boy sibling, I will have a backup boy appropriate set as well!****
Wardrobe Suggestions:
FLORAL ARCH: Red and green gown options available in different sizes up to size 10, or bring your own fancy dress!
NUTCRACKER: Recommended to bring your own child’s ballet tutu and pointe shoes if they have them. I have the tutu below in a size 8, as well as a few pink gown options in varying sizes.
Classic Christmas Family Rooms
The most gorgeous classic holiday rooms for kids and families are available this year! Choose from a grandiose cream and red, or classic green and red shades for your family!
FOR: Families or kids. This is definitely a set that you can be dressed up for. Not ideal for smaller babies solo. *** CHILDREN MUST BE SITTING UP ON THEIR OWN FOR SOLO IMAGES**
Wardrobe Suggestions:
IVORY CHRISTMAS ROOM: This looks fabulous with more BOLD emerald greens, reds, navy and light colors as well. Beautiful for more formal looks.
EMERALD CHRISTMAS ROOM: As this is a darker room, BRIGHTER, LIGHTER colors look great! Reds especially, with camels and creams will pop against this drop, and gold of course!

2025 Santa Mini Session – Beary Christmas Room – with and without Santa
This year, Santa can delight your kiddos in a classic Christmas room surrounded by toys. This set is available for booking with and without Santa. Santa set will have an armchair as below photos with pajamas.
FOR: Kids with Santa. Without Santa can include a seated family portrait.

Wardrobe Suggestions:
This set would be delightful with some classic Christmas dresses, sweater sets, OR cozy Christmas pajamas! I have a few boy pajama sets available up to size 10, and some classic little girls nighties if you’d like to borrow.
*****WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DARK COLORS FOR THIS SET AS IT IS ALREADY DARK.
Tree Farm Limited Sessions
The tree farm features either a 1940s or 1950s vintage truck and is perfect for capturing families. The truck is typically decorated with traditional Christmas colors and some toys for the little ones to interact with!
Family Wardrobe Color Suggestions:
For outdoor sessions, I recommend staying away from Black and White. White gets blown out on a sunny day, and black can look like a blob with no definition depending on the style.
- Navy, Light Grey and Red.
- Tan, Red, and Hunter Green.
- Hunter Green and light grey.
- Navy and Red.
- Red and Cream or Tan.
