South Jersey Maternity Photographer

When I tell you I am honored by every client that steps into my studio, it is no lie. The beauty that is motherhood, starts with pregnancy. That magnificent, beautiful, round belly, holding your very heart deep inside. Moms arrive with a glow that they don’t even see in themselves. But I see it, and it is with so much joy and pleasure that I guide them through their maternity session; always making sure of their comfort and bringing out a grace and power in them that they aren’t even aware of. This mom to be was no exception. She radiates warmth, beauty, and the love between her and dad was palpable. They were absolutely adorable with anticipation. Dad was proud and beaming the whole session. And why not? With this stunner of a wife.

These two lovebirds’ path crossed in medical school, and they bonded over their love of simple things and nature. As a matter of fact, mom sent me photos of the two of them outdoors in the fall, and we married that into her photos. Warm tones shone on her, and we brought the elements in with a floral backdrop. As a final ode to the wonder women that we know as mothers, we finished her session with some powerful, yet simple photos in gold bust and cuffs. Forever the fiercest protector of her baby.

Looking for a South Jersey maternity photographer?

Make sure to reach out around the 20 week mark to ensure a spot on our calendar! Most sessions take place between 28-32 weeks gestation for optimal comfort for mom. All wardrobe for mom is included and your session can be customized however you like. Dad and other children are absolutely included as well. Sofia is an incredible photographer. She has a perception of colours, light, and textures for photographs that only very talented artists have. Besides that, it’s really easy to feel comfortable around her, especially if you are like me and my husband, who aren’t used to taking pictures and avoid them as much as we can, haha.
Sofia will bring your confidence out even when your gestational hormones are trying to bury it down. She is great with moms and dads, and I can’t wait to have her take the pics of our newborn!
