First things first, we have to talk about their signature OM Mamas Doulas services! You can start out with an inquiry call where you will tell them what you want for your birth, and they will let you know if they are the center for you. The group has hospital affiliations all across the Wall area. They also are there for your home birth. You will have two prenatal meetings where they will give you the information and the resources you need to make your plans a reality. Once you’re in labor, they will be there by your side for both emotional and physical support. Following labor, they will offer virtual support and provide you with an in-person visit.
Their postpartum doulas will be there to give you encouragement, let you decompress, help you out with postpartum care, do some meal prep, or take the overnight shift so you can get that sweet, sweet sleep.
