When it comes to maternity photos, many parents-to-be choose soft pastels and neutrals to highlight their glow, but sometimes, a little creativity and boldness are exactly what’s needed. While we did use more traditional blues in her images, mom-to-be chose a stunning peach tone as one of her key looks, bringing a pop of warmth and depth to the session. But the true showstopper? The red, bow-topped gown! As much as we love soft and classic maternity styles, there’s something so empowering about seeing a mom embrace rich, vibrant colors. It’s a reminder that motherhood is a celebration of both the delicate and the bold, and this mom absolutely embodied that spirit.
What made this session even more special was the inclusion of her adorably dimpled older daughter. This little girl was a bundle of joy, with a ton of “mischievous” energy. From cheeky grins to playful poses, it was clear that she loved being part of the session, and you can see that she is already loving her baby sibling. Above all, these photos show this beautiful bond between mother and daughter too.
