This stunning family was an absolute dream. The kids were perfect and had the best smiles, mom and dad are adorable, and mom is such a stunner! She looks like a movie star with that gorgeous face.
Big sister was super enthusiastic about my client wardrobe and all of the outfits we put on her. Of course, the sparklier and poufier, the better for her! You can see her total self confidence in her portraits with mom, down to the sassy poses and pointed toes. And little brother was just the cutest thing, with a TON of personality. These children had the most perfect smiles I’ve ever seen on toddlers, they are destined to be charmers for sure.
Mom was absolutely radiant in all of her looks, but especially in cooler tones which just made her pop. Actually, while posing, we coined a new favorite descriptor. I was explaining to mom how to toss fabric with delicate fingers, and she rightfully described it as “like pinching a marshmallow”. She was right, this was the perfect description, and I’ve used it many times since to help describe the fingers!
I do have to give compliments where they are due – we typically do not get so many toddler family portraits during maternity sessions. The reasons are obvious to most of us moms. It is difficult to wrangle these ages and we are lucky if we get ONE good image sometimes. These two however, worked really well with me and the result are these perfect family portraits.
