The center offers doulas, childbirth education, CPR certification, Dancing for Birth courses, prenatal massage, and children’s classes. Their mommy and me yoga classes happen several times a week within the NJ studio. Throughout the course, you will be guided through postures that will help both you and your baby. The sessions also teach you how to do exercises that will encourage your child’s development. The courses are perfect for babies up to the crawling stage.

Mama Bird Well Nest understands how busy your schedule is. That’s why they offer flexible mommy and me classes across various NJ yoga studios. While most of their indoor classes take place in Boho Yoga, you can also meet them outdoors at Coffee Corral for their spring series. The series lasts for six weeks and has drop-in options. Throughout your course, you will be led through gentle movements that will let you bond with your newborn while connecting with other moms. After your baby hits the age of 12 months, you can continue to come in for their Toddler and Me classes.

She is certified to teach prenatal yoga, baby and toddler yoga, and kids’ yoga. She is also a certified birth and postpartum doula. With her Itsy Bitsy Baby Yoga, you will go through dozens of mommy and me yoga postures that will encourage your NJ child’s development and improve their sleep. Meanwhile, you will learn breathing and relaxation techniques. The course is for babies up to the nearly crawling stage.
