This lovely family found me through a friend and wanted to capture their first baby’s natural beauty. And natural beauty she was! This little girl was an absolute doll, with the most perfect little features. No surprise there, this family is gorgeous overall.

As all of my newborn sessions are family focused, we always start with family images. Mom had a few ideas of how she wanted her family images to look, so we focused on capturing those first. As usual, I am a sucker for babies with their dads. The babies just look so comfortable and tiny in dad’s arms. I think all of their family images are simply gorgeous, and each is a little bit different.

When it was time for baby’s images, we pulled in some soft lilac, mauve, pearls, and an explosion of a bouquet of florals. Mom really wanted an image of her baby girl surrounded by tons of blossoms in pinks and purples. I am mesmerized by how peaceful and serene baby looks dozing in the blooms.
