This amazing couple came to me expecting their first little one – a boy. In our original conversation, mom expressed that she was shy and really nervous about doing maternity portraits. But, she did want to step out of her comfort zone to do so. Based on the below images, I think she succeeded. She looks absolutely glowing, radiant, and joyful. Her and her husband were absolutely adorable together.
For her session, she chose a palette of black, neutral, red, and blue – I pulled out a few extras to see if she was game, and this previously “shy” mom said yes to everything I recommended. The sparkly fringed body-con dress we shot with gels, and that glorious bright red bow with flying fabrics suited her so well. It was a beautiful experience, and I’m so glad she trusted me to bring this result for her!
